Executive Inn Chester

Had a decent stay! The central location made it easy to hit up stores like Walmart. Room was clean and spacious, though I wish they'd fix some maintenance issues. Super nice team with extra keys.

Very, very nice and friendly people are working there. The location is marvellous, 2 miles from Chester Historic District. Furthermore, it's close enough to popular stores.

Hotel's location was comfy and marvellous, in the middle of jackson. I found there plenty of restaurants to eat, like Pizza Hut that is only 25 minutes' walk away.

Some people working there were discriminatory.

This hotel surprisingly offered spacious rooms with clean accommodations. My room had a tv, a pleasant surprise. The parking lot felt safe, and the staff proved to be polite and accommodating throughout my stay. I faced some challenges, notably with maintenance. The toilet in my room wasn't secured properly, causing some inconvenience. Outside noise from traffic was disruptive at times. The complimentary coffee was lacking, as they didn't provide cups for it. Despite the issues, the decent pricing and room size were great.

Room cleanliness lacked attention, with drywall dust noticeable on the coat rack and dust on mirrors from repairs. Noisy environment due to traffic and a poorly fitting entrance door added to the discomfort. The toilet needed fixing as it wasn't bolted down tight, and the TV remote had no batteries, with an exchange for dead batteries from the front office.

The location was excellent. The staff were friendly, our check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Our room was clean and spacious, nice for a comfortable stay throughout our visit.

The central location made it super easy for our family, especially with 5 teenagers in tow. Tanya at the front desk was fantastic, helping us check in early and providing extra door keys when needed. We really appreciated that!

For dads, it would be great to have more family-friendly dining options nearby.

The staff here. My room, a 2 Queen Bedroom Non-Smoking, was clean and had a tv. The outdoor pool was a nice touch for some relaxation .

Great value for money, friendly staff, and central location. The room was comfy and the staff, especially Tanya, were accommodating.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement.
